This project is a noise control project for pipelines in the process area, Yongchuan, Chongqing. It is mainly to control the noise generated by the pipeline in the process area. Before the control, the noise was 95dB (A) at the surrounding iron railing fence. After the pipeline silencer was installed, the noise value was 60dB (A) at the same location and the noise significantly decreased in the office area. This project is the first project in development of pipeline silencer and has received unanimous praise from the station staff.
