Product Details: A micropore silencer is a pipe with a closed end, of which the diameter is equal to that of the blow-off pipe and many small pores are drilled on the pipe wall. The micropore silencers are used to reduce the noise generated during gas emission. Their principle is d on the spectrum of blow-off noise and it is required that the total area of the small pores is larger than that of the nozzle. When airflow passes through small pores, the spectrum of blow-off noise may shift towards high or ultra-high frequencies, significantly reducing audible components in the spectrum and accordingly reducing the harm of noise to people. The micropore silencers are mainly used to control the noise generated by blow-off of air compressors, boiler and blast furnaces of steel enterprises.
